Dempsey has been writing professionally since 2001. He has been published in numerous magazines and on the world wide web covering topics from music to politics to personal intrest. Dempsey has also been singing, writing music and playing drums with various bands and solo projects for the last four years. He won two "Best Male Vocalist" awards from the music loving public in Charlotte back to back in 2007 and 2008. Dempsey also just completed writing and creating a cable television pilot entitled "The Dearly Departed" The script is in Los Angeles being considered for production currently!
